Operations were officially launched in 1989 in Singapore, and 2008 in Malaysia with staff strength of 41 and 36 respectively. Our team handled more than 165,000 calls and 64,000 assistance cases in 2011. Our employees live and breathe our corporate values: Pro-Active, Professional, Caring, Connected and, and as a result, we aim to obtain trust from clients and partners.
In 2012, our management team was moved from Singapore to Malaysia and in December, we will be relocating to our new expanded operations centre, which will host over 80 seats in our call centre. Investments are being made in people and technology to enhance further our capabilities and create new business lines.
